Welcome to Mailpallet Ltd ("Mailpallet," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services for purchasing and shipping UK and US products to Ghana and Nigeria.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Mailpallet provides an international ecommerce platform that enables customers in Ghana and Nigeria to:

Product Sourcing

  • ✓Browse and purchase authentic products from UK and US retailers
  • ✓Access products not readily available in local markets

International Shipping

  • ✓Direct door-to-door delivery to Ghana and Nigeria
  • ✓Customs clearance and import handling

Eligibility & Account Registration

Eligibility Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • You must have a valid delivery address in Ghana or Nigeria
  • You must provide accurate and complete information

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

Pricing Structure

All prices displayed include:

  • • Product cost from UK/US retailers
  • • International shipping fees
  • • Customs duties and import taxes (where applicable)
  • • Service fees

Payment Terms

  • ✓Payment is required in full at the time of order placement
  • ✓We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on our platform
  • ✓All transactions are processed in the currency specified at checkout

Exchange rates may fluctuate. The final price at checkout is the amount you will be charged.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery times to Ghana and Nigeria:

  • • Standard Shipping: 14-21 business days
  • • Express Shipping: 7-10 business days (where available)
  • • Economy Shipping: 21-30 business days

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship prohibited items including weapons, hazardous materials, or items restricted by international shipping regulations
  • Some products may be subject to additional restrictions based on local laws in Ghana or Nigeria
  • Delivery delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control

Note: You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

All returns and refunds are subject to the original seller's policy. We facilitate the return process but cannot guarantee refunds beyond what the original UK/US retailer allows.

Pre-Shipping Inspection

Before we ship your item to Ghana or Nigeria, you have the option to:

  • ✓Request a live video call to inspect your purchased item
  • ✓Verify the product condition and specifications
  • ✓Request a refund if unsatisfied (subject to the original seller's return policy)

Important: Once your item has been shipped from our facility to Ghana or Nigeria, returns and refunds are NOT applicable. We strongly recommend using our pre-shipping inspection service to ensure satisfaction before international dispatch.

Inspection Process

  1. 1We receive your item from the UK/US seller
  2. 2You schedule a video inspection call with our team. You must let us know you want to inspect the item as soon as you have made the purchase.
  3. 3We show you the item in detail during the call
  4. 4You approve for shipping OR request a return to the original seller

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Purchase or ship any illegal or prohibited items
  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law
  • Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent information
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use our services for commercial resale without authorization

Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mailpallet Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAILPALLET LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
  • Damages resulting from any third-party products or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mailpallet Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.

You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiation before initiating formal proceedings.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.

Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
